Blog / Intimate wedding in Linton, Cambridgeshire & Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk

Back in October, I had a request to take photographs at a very intimate wedding.  With 8 people attending, including the bride and groom, it was an absolute honor to be asked to play a part in the amazing day.  It was taking place at St Mary’s Church, Linton, Cambridgeshire and then onto a family dinner a Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk.  With fairly short notice in wedding terms, I was so pleased to be able to do the photographs for the lovely couple and their family.

I don’t very often get asked to photograph the groom and grooms men prior to the wedding, so it was a treat to head over to Tuddenham Mill before going onto the bride to capture her preparations.

It’s not very often that I shed a tear while shooting a wedding, but I have to admit to it at this one!  The atmosphere of a church on a winters evening, the intimacy of the event, how amazing and special these people are, all lead to me being a bit blurry eyed for a few moments there! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing day with me, it really was an honor.
