Blog / Christening photography in Essex
I was recently asked to head down to Woodford Bridge in Essex to take some photos at a lovely little chappies Christening. It was so nice to be asked, his Mummy had found me via FaceBook, and after a few emails we were on for the big day. It was my first official Christening that I’ve photographed, I seem to be a guest more regularly at these special days (always with camera in hand though!) so I was excited to go along in a professional capacity. St Pauls church was lovely, and it was great to meet everyone. After the Christening we headed to a local pub for food and drinks, and I mingled amongst everyone taking some photos as I went!
I had a lovely email from the family since they received their photos:
“Well done on a fantastic day, you captured some photos I never would get in normal circumstances. Watching the gallery made me quite emotional, just beautiful 🙂 Thank you again for being an absolute life saver (being free that day) and our angel in disguise (for taking gorgeous pics when no one was looking).”
So nice to get some lovely feedback, it was such a joy to be involved and I’m so happy that everyone was pleased with the results.
Many thanks xx
